Great Facility Clean and professional. Rates were good. Did not like the added $40.00 added charge to ck in early when they were not busy on 11-7-2023.
Loved the location and how easy check in and check out was.
Unfortunately, the hotel has lost it’s luster. We’ve stayed here many times and this time we made the decision to switch hotels next time. It was clean, but that’s about it. Our group had 4 rooms. One with stained walls, one with paint falling on them while they showered, one with no fridge, one with a fridge that froze everything, etc., the list goes on. The location and the Flamingo’s on display were great. Food was okay, the pool was closed, while others were open. If a renovation is completed, we will be back!

Same worn down facilities as always needs a upgrade and drop the pink color
Lack of plugins for cellphones near nightstands. Wallpaper falling off in bathroom & paint chipping off walls.

Check in was horrible! Lines were so long and the kiosks for check in where a night mare. No microwave in the rooms. Apparently only on the suites. Not enough staff out helping to check in.
We’ve stayed at the flamingo for years! We love this property as it’s close to many things and is always an exciting location for us. We come out as a couple and not with big groups of people. It’s very private but very open and exciting also! Thanks for always doing right by us and making our stays so enjoyable! We will be back as soon as we can once again :-)

We chose a hotel based on location, and were very upset when upon check-in we had to pay 45 dollars per day!! Wi-Fi does not work for more than 15 minutes, turns off, not enough for zoom calls

The property was nice but they were not informative. I did not know they had a pool upstairs and I didn’t get enough towels and toiletries in the room. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. Someone knocked on my door an hour before my check out to check if I was still there which was very disturbing because clearly check out wasn’t until an hour later and they can check the system. I was not happy with this at all!
