Rooms are immaculate.
Clean room, nice convenient location, monorail access, plenty of games and food/drink options
1st time to this hotel, and I will be back!!
the property was easily accessible to the strip and conveniently located to everything. if you didn't want to leave the hotel you didn't as many activities were onsite. from movies to shows to dining, and swimming.
Disappointed on the chips they give for roulette. Was unaware I couldn’t use them again passed that Saturday night. Lost about $75 because of that.
Great property if you’re planning on utilizing the monorail and if you’re looking for a hotel that has a livelier bunch of people out at the hotel bars. There’s a karaoke bar by the Sportsbook and Centrifuge is a semi-classy bar in the same area of the hotel. I would recommend other hotels for more proper fine dining, but MGM fits a perfect vibe if you’re looking for an almost fancy type of environment. Highly recommend
The bed needs to be updated and the shower pressure was awful
The people working for the company are really excellent people. They are customer-focused, kind, and helpful. The company does not share these traits.
Virtual key and checking in.
Great time
very nice
Great location, shows, events eateries, pools. Unfortunately still recovering from cyber attack. No expedited check in option., many slots 🎰 not working, TV did not work. Comedy Show had to pay with cash. Hopefully next visit, these problems will be solved with better corporate cyber security.
Great hotel
The receptionist that assisted us was Camille and she was very friend and accommodating. She wears this smile that doesn't fade while assisting us. Thank you Camille!
