The beds are very uncomfortable and too low! Not enough counter space in bathroom even for one person. Not enough towels in room. Digital key didn't work! We kept getting locked out of the room

I just paid above market rate for what was a bed with the headboard in a torn out closet painted red. What a hole.
I love the property is smoke free. We loved the Park MGM
The whole property is non smoking, that alone is a reason for me to stay here again. The casino is nice, good restaurants and bars (although the bars close too early) the hotel hallways have been refurbished by the rooms (or at least my room) could use a little upgrade. The bed and shower were nice but the carpet, leather chairs and small bathroom sink area could be upgraded. Its easy to walk to a lot of things from here. Having Eately in the hotel is great, TMobile is next door and the outdoor area in front of TMobile is fun with a lot of bars and restaurants. Overall Id stay here again, Id just try to get an upgraded room.
I was upgraded to a suite. The suite has no microwave, no refrigerator. Paper cups for coffee. I ordered in-room dining which came in to go containers, was charged with extra service fees. I requested two wine glasses as I have my own wine. They charged $2.00/glassware! Unheard of but that’s hotel’s ridiculous policy! Shampoo/conditioner/bath gels came in one inch plastic bottles that’s probably good to use for toddlers! If you have long thick hair, you’ll definitely need more than an inch of the shampoo, right? The bed was uncomfortable, with very soft pillows. Definitely not worth the stay under these circumstances.

Everything was as expected
Went to see a show at the Dolby theater. Why stay anywhere else. Non-smoking hotel makes it extremely desirable.
The property was nice but they doing some construction to the tile floors. The had Italian style eaterys which was nice. Not like your typical food court in a hotel.

Our room had a horrible odor and stains all over the carpet. The door to our room was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling in the hallway. Very outdated property. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive.
I liked the location because it was near the airport and the stadium. The hotel staff was hospitable and helpful. The only draw back is the standard room from my first room assigned because the rug was really dirty. The second room the carpet was much better for the rest of my visit.
