We reserved a room. They did not have it. So we were forced to pay more money for an upgrade. ☹️

I want a full refund for my stay we were trick into the hotel deposit which was supposed to be only $90 and then was switched to $190 and were told that we are only going to get $100 back after we check out. Then we had to wait 3 hours until after we checked in for our room to be ready. Oh and here is the kicker! The hotel texted me and said my room was ready 3hrs prior .. Which is false advertising! Also our room did not have heat and the hotel did nothing to help us fix this situation. I highly recommend not staying here at all. This will be the first and last time here. Stay away from here they are also pressuring you to go and invest in time share. And lie to you about what you get for going .. do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The gym was decent size. Had good restaurants.
No water bottles.only bad thing.

The problem was that the adult pool was never opened, and that sometimes they didn't clean my room.
We are long time customers of the Strat, this trip was the worst experience we have had there. The customer service rep was rude, the cafe was limited on food selection and the adult pool catered more to the locals than guests. Very disappointing.
Check in took forever. First room wasn't clean, had to switch rooms
On our room the AC was not working good, our room was not good illuminated and the curtains no closed good. Was a poor place.
Many dangerous looking people roaming the immediate area outside of the hotel. This is a big deal for us probably not staying here again.

You can hear everything in the corridors and it makes you not have privacy. The staff is friendly.
