Stayed for the supernatural convention and enjoyed our stay and our room was great!
This was the cleanest, friendliest motel ive ever stayed in. And the room was by far the nicest.
Overall, I liked the Hyatt Regency. Comfortable, updated rooms. Convenient location. For this price point, though, I expected room service which would have been a godsend for travelers like me with missed connections or with early flights.
The hotel room is getting old such as the bathroom door scratched, and stuffy air. But, a free shuttle ride included 24 hrs is very helpful.

We appreciated the shuttle service and especially the restaurant which stayed open until 11 p.m. and provided excellent food and service - a rarity when traveling. The staff were all courteous and professional, at both check in and the restaurant. We also liked that the restaurant was not a sports bar full of annoying TVs but provided a calming atmosphere.

If the hotel allows pets, they should be by floor, only. Another guest had loud dogs that caused disturbance to our hotel stay and my daughter’s testing on the conference center floor, as the dogs were barking incessantly. We do not want to stay in a kennel. Further, pet friendly properties fail to consider persons with allergies.

The property was pretty, big, and the staff was nice. The cleanliness wasn’t great, the beds were very low quality, and the things that were shut down were not listed before booking.
