Parking at a hotel is overpriced. $75 for parking a car plus $10 tax. We stayed 2 nights and paid $170 for parking which should’ve been free.

Excellent location near 5th and Market, friendly staff, helpful concierge, convenient restaurant, superb elevator system, very clean, and a good value proposition.
I stayed 6 days and it felt like home
So I had requested a handicap room and a king size bed I was given the king size bed but was not given the handicap room little disappointed it's right there on the paperwork and they didn't fulfill my request.

I liked the staff, room was basic. Was expecting more especially for the price. Thoughi was on the 8thfloor, noise outside sounded like it was rught outside my door. Ac unit was loud, didn't sleep

Beautiful spacious rooms, all amenities that were needed. Professional and kind front desk staff. The only draw back was the inability to park in the hotel's garage or even the nearby Hilton
